The Problem
In a market dominated by big name players such as property rental it’s imperative to stand out any way you can and prominently showcase benefits over competitors. The younger, more sceptical audience requires convincing that their best interests are at heart while maintaining that your smaller app is up to the task.
My Solution
The visual identity leaned into finding your space amongst a collection of individuals with tile-able design elements that fit together, contrast each other and ultimately, create a whole greater than the sum of its parts. A balance was struck between personable and professional in the design and voice of the brand. A punchy explainer and social posts highlight unique features while cheeky guerrilla marketing was deployed to the print front through stickers and flyers.
